ORANGETOP Pig Tails are the most famous and highest quality pig tails offered in the Netherlands in the ethnic channels. In the Surinam language this product is called Agoe Tere and on the Antilles it is called Rabu. Salted pig tails form the basis of many Caribbean dishes. ORANGETOP Salted Pig Tails are prepared with an efficient production process, during which the pig tails get a special salting and ripening treatment, resulting in salted pig tails of excellent quality. ORANGETOP only uses meat from the best selection of pigs; this is guaranteed through many years of extensive cooperation with the best pig slaughterhouses in the Netherlands and across Europe.

ORANGETOP Salted Pig Tails are available in pails of 12.5 kg, 2 kg, 1 kg en in vacuum packs of 500 gram.


Method of preparation

  • Desalting: desalt in boiling water
  • Cooking: Cook the meat in a frying pan with a little oil. Add pepper, salt and garlic to taste. Serve with white rice.
